1. General Introduction & Binding Agreement
These Terms of Purchase constitute a legally binding agreement between all individual and institutional customers accessing, browsing, purchasing, and completing transaction behaviors on our premium Hanbang Korean skincare e-commerce platform and the platform operator. This set of standardized purchase terms governs all product purchase transactions, order generation, payment settlement, product delivery, and post-purchase service interactions occurring on the platform. By completing account registration, browsing platform products, submitting order requests, and making official payments for skincare goods, all users voluntarily acknowledge, recognize, and fully agree to abide by every clause stipulated in these Terms of Purchase.
These terms are exclusively formulated for the online transaction business of authentic traditional Korean Hanbang skincare products, covering all purchasing behaviors of clean, potent, and natural skincare formulations displayed and sold on the platform. The provisions apply universally to all global customers without regional differentiation, ensuring consistent transaction rules, equal purchasing rights, and unified constraint standards for every user who conducts shopping behaviors on the platform. All purchase transactions shall be conducted strictly in accordance with the specifications herein, and any shopping behavior on the platform shall be deemed as full acceptance of these terms.
The platform reserves the right to update, optimize, and adjust the content of these Terms of Purchase in real time according to business development, industry norm upgrades, and standardized operational requirements. The revised terms will be publicly displayed on the official platform page and take effect immediately upon publication. Continuous use of platform shopping functions and continued placement of orders by users after the update constitutes automatic recognition and acceptance of the latest revised terms, and users shall not raise objections on the grounds of unawareness of updated rules.
2. User Eligibility & Account Qualification Rules
All users who initiate purchase behaviors on the platform must possess full civil capacity and legal shopping qualification. Individual users must be of legal age in their respective residential regions, capable of independently bearing legal responsibilities for their shopping behaviors, order decisions, and transaction results. Minors are prohibited from using this platform to purchase skincare products; if any purchase behavior is found to be initiated by a minor, the platform has the right to cancel the relevant order, terminate the transaction, and refuse subsequent after-sales service applications arising from unauthorized minor operations.
Users shall complete authentic, true, and accurate account information registration and authentication before conducting official purchase transactions. All account information submitted by users, including identity information and basic account credentials, must be true, valid, and consistent with real individual conditions. Users shall be solely responsible for all shopping behaviors, order transactions, and legal liabilities generated under their registered accounts. The platform does not bear any legal liability or remedial responsibility for transaction disputes, economic losses, and legal risks caused by false information, invalid information, or information falsification by users.
Users are obliged to properly keep their platform account login credentials, transaction passwords, and verification information. All order operations, payment behaviors, and shopping information modifications completed through user accounts shall be deemed as independent operational behaviors of the account holder. Users shall bear full responsibility for unauthorized login, account leakage, password loss, and abnormal orders caused by improper personal custody. The platform will not assume any liability for property losses and transaction disputes arising from user personal account management negligence.
The platform has the right to freeze, restrict, or disable user accounts with abnormal operational behaviors, including frequent malicious order placement, repeated invalid order cancellation, fraudulent transactions, improper use of platform preferential policies, and other behaviors that disrupt platform transaction order. Account restriction measures adopted by the platform for standardized operation maintenance are legitimate and effective, and users shall not claim any rights or compensation therefrom.
3. Product Information & Transaction Description Specifications
All skincare product information displayed on the platform, including product names, ingredient compositions, efficacy descriptions, applicable skin types, product specifications, usage methods, product images, and promotional introductions, is released based on official authentic product data and traditional Hanbang skincare formula characteristics. The platform strives to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of all product display information, providing users with true and transparent product reference basis to help users make independent and rational purchase decisions.
As all products sold on the platform are premium traditional Korean Hanbang skincare products refined from natural ingredients, slight differences in product texture, color, and fragrance may exist between different production batches due to the characteristics of natural raw materials. Such subtle batch differences belong to normal product attributes and do not constitute product quality problems or platform false publicity. Users agree to accept normal natural batch differences of natural skincare products when placing orders and shall not initiate refund, return, or dispute claims on such grounds.
All product efficacy descriptions on the platform are objective descriptions of conventional skincare effects of natural Hanbang formulas, based on professional skincare test data and long-term practical verification. Product efficacy varies from person to person due to individual skin differences, living environments, skincare habits, and physical conditions. The platform does not promise absolute unified efficacy effects for all users, and individual inconsistent use effects do not constitute valid grounds for transaction disputes or after-sales rights protection.
The platform has the right to adjust product display information in real time according to brand official updates, product iteration upgrades, and formula optimization adjustments, including specification updates, ingredient optimization, efficacy description revision, and image replacement. The updated product information will be displayed on the product page in a timely manner, and the latest page display content shall prevail for all pending and subsequent orders.
4. Order Placement & Order Validation Rules
Users shall independently select target skincare products, confirm product specifications, quantities, and settlement amounts, fill in accurate delivery information, and complete order submission operations when placing orders on the platform. After the user submits an order, the system will automatically generate an order number and record the order details, forming an initial transaction intention between the user and the platform. The order is not officially valid until the user completes full payment settlement.
All orders must be completed with full and successful payment within the valid order retention period. Unpaid orders that exceed the system automatic cancellation time will be automatically invalidated by the system, and the platform will restore the corresponding product inventory and sales quota. For limited-time discounted products, flash sale products, and limited-quantity skincare items, unpaid order failure caused by user delayed payment will result in automatic loss of preferential qualifications and product purchasing rights, and the platform will not provide supplementary reservation or preferential compensation.
After the user completes payment, the platform will conduct official order verification and inventory confirmation within the standard processing cycle. If the product is out of stock, inventory data is abnormal, or the order is identified as an invalid abnormal order due to system data fluctuation, the platform has the right to take the initiative to cancel the order and complete a full refund of the paid amount. This operation belongs to the normal platform transaction adjustment mechanism and does not constitute platform breach of contract.
Users shall carefully check order information including product specifications, purchase quantity, delivery address, and payment amount before submitting orders. Once the order enters the official processing and packaging state, users cannot independently modify core order information. For information modification needs, users must apply through official customer service channels, and the final modification result shall be subject to platform operability and logistics feasibility.
Malicious order placement, batch order brushing, repeated invalid order submission, and other behaviors that disrupt platform transaction order are strictly prohibited. The platform will monitor order data in real time, identify abnormal order behaviors through big data algorithms, and has the right to cancel all abnormal orders, restrict user purchasing qualifications, and pursue corresponding liability for losses caused by malicious behaviors.
5. Payment Terms & Currency Settlement Standards
The platform implements a unified global settlement currency standard, with all product pricing, order settlement, discount calculation, and refund settlement uniformly denominated in USD. All transaction amounts displayed on the platform are subject to real-time USD pricing, and no other currency settlement methods are supported. Users shall complete payment in accordance with the unified USD amount of the order, and the platform will not conduct currency conversion settlement or difference compensation for users.
The platform supports multiple secure global official payment channels, and users can independently select compliant payment methods to complete order payment. All payment operations must be completed through official platform payment entrances; private transfer, offline transaction, and third-party unofficial payment behaviors are not recognized by the platform, and the platform will not bear any liability for order loss, fund risk, and transaction disputes caused by unofficial payment behaviors.
All order payments are one-time full settlement payments. The platform does not support installment payment, post-payment, credit payment, and other deferred settlement services for conventional orders. For individual preferential payment activities launched by the platform, the payment rules shall be subject to the official activity announcement. Once the payment is successfully completed, the platform system will automatically record the payment voucher, which is the core official certificate for order validation and subsequent refund settlement.
Users shall bear the relevant handling fees and service charges stipulated by payment institutions arising from the payment process, including bank handling fees and third-party payment channel service fees. The platform’s official order amount only includes product sales prices, and does not cover additional fees charged by third-party payment institutions. No price difference compensation will be provided for fund fluctuations and handling fee losses caused by payment channels.
In case of payment failure, repeated payment, fund deduction without order generation, and other payment abnormalities, users can submit feedback through official customer service channels. The platform will verify the payment data with the payment channel within a specified time and complete order repair or fund refund processing for confirmed abnormal payment situations.
6. Pricing Rules & Preferential Activity Specifications
All product prices displayed on the platform are unified global selling prices, with no regional price differences or hidden price adjustments. The product selling price is the final settlement price of the platform, including product cost, packaging cost, and operational cost. Combined with the platform’s permanent free shipping policy, all settled orders do not generate any additional shipping fees, service fees, and handling fees, realizing transparent and one-price shopping for global users.
The platform regularly launches diversified preferential activities including limited-time discounts, seasonal promotions, new product special offers, and bulk purchase discounts for premium Hanbang skincare products. All activity rules, discount ranges, preferential quotas, and valid periods are subject to the official activity rules publicly displayed on the platform. Users shall participate in platform preferential activities in accordance with official rules, and any violation of activity rules will result in automatic cancellation of preferential qualifications.
All discounted product transactions are protected by official platform rules, enjoying the same product quality assurance, free shipping service, 60-day free return, and 5–10 day refund service rights as full-price products. The platform does not reduce after-sales service standards and product quality assurance standards for discounted promotional products, ensuring that users can purchase cost-effective premium skincare products with full service guarantees.
Users are prohibited from maliciously brushing preferential benefits, speculating on discounted products, reselling platform promotional products for profit, and other behaviors that violate the principle of fair activity participation. The platform has the right to cancel orders, recover preferential benefits, and restrict user activity participation qualifications for malicious preferential snatching behaviors, maintaining the fairness of platform preferential activities.
The platform reserves the right to adjust product prices and preferential activity rules in real time according to market changes, product iteration, and operational arrangements. Price adjustments will not affect confirmed paid orders, and all completed transaction orders shall be settled in accordance with the price at the time of order payment.
7. Order Cancellation & Transaction Termination Rules
Users can actively apply for order cancellation before the order enters the official packaging and outbound processing state. After the cancellation application is approved by the platform, the order will be terminated immediately, and the platform will initiate a full refund process in accordance with the refund policy. Once the order completes packaging, quality inspection, and outbound delivery procedures, users cannot actively cancel the order, and can only initiate return and refund applications after receiving the goods in accordance with after-sales rules.
The platform has the right to terminate transactions and cancel orders unilaterally under special valid circumstances, including but not limited to abnormal inventory data, product quality batch problems, official product shelf-off instructions, system technical failures leading to incorrect order information, user violation of platform transaction rules, and suspected fraudulent transaction behaviors. After the platform cancels the order unilaterally, it will complete a full refund of the user’s paid amount within the standard refund cycle, and no additional compensation liability will be borne.
For orders that are cancelled due to user personal reasons, all preferential qualifications, activity benefits, and discount rights corresponding to the order will automatically become invalid and cannot be retained, accumulated, or reused. If users need to repurchase products, they shall participate in current preferential activities in accordance with the latest platform rules.
Terminated and cancelled orders will be automatically archived by the system, and the order status cannot be restored or reversed. The archived order data is used for platform operational statistics, risk control analysis, and after-sales record verification, and will be kept in strict confidentiality in accordance with the privacy policy.
